Her 7+ years of experience includes developing youth to professional athletes, collaborating with medical professionals to enhance the injury rehabilitation process, bridging the gap between injury to performance, and improving the lifestyle of clients.
The opportunity to influence people young and old through all levels of their performance and injury rehabilitation needs motivates her everyday.
Alexander embarked on his journey as a trainer over a decade ago, and his passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals has only grown stronger. Over the years, he has acquired numerous training certifications and accreditations, each contributing to his well-rounded expertise. However, what truly sets Alexander apart is his extensive practical experience, gained from working with a diverse range of individuals. This hands-on involvement has been instrumental in shaping his training approach, which centers around the unique needs and aspirations of each person he works with.

As part of his commitment to holistic wellness, he is currently pursuing a master’s in counselling psychology. He envisions leveraging this knowledge to broaden society's perspective on fitness and wellness, emphasizing the interconnectedness of physical and mental aspects. By integrating psychological principles into his practice, Alexander seeks to enhance his clients' overall well-being and support their holistic development.
Sandro Rajic is a highly regarded professional specializing in sports performance, rehabilitation, and movement proficiency. With over a decade of experience, he excels in optimizing athletic performance and providing tailored coaching across various disciplines. Sandro's expertise extends to enhancing agility and rotation, benefiting athletes in rugby, soccer, hockey, dance, figure skating, and varsity sports.
In rehabilitation, Sandro successfully works with clients facing a range of physical and neural dysfunctions. His customized programs prioritize reducing negative loads and maximizing hip musculature contribution. As a co-owner of Eleven Performance Inc., Sandro develops comprehensive training programs. Pursuing a PhD in agility and rotation, he holds positions as head of sport performance for Mustangs Lacrosse and head of sport science for Decidedly Jazz Danceworks.
